Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: July 2026

Tala Marketing LLC provides professional services and intellectual work products — strategy, training, documentation, and campaign management. Because the value of this work is transferred upon delivery, fees for services rendered and deliverables provided are non-refundable.

Fixed-fee engagements (paid in full before commencement)

• Cancellation before work begins: payment is refunded in full, less any third-party costs already incurred.
• Once work has begun, fees are non-refundable. Completed deliverables are provided per the engagement's quote or statement of work (SOW).

Milestone engagements (deposit + balance on delivery)

• Cancellation before work begins: 50% of the deposit is refunded. The remainder is retained as a booking fee for reserved capacity.
• Cancellation after work has begun: the deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is not owed unless deliverables have been provided.
• The final payment is due on delivery, per the engagement's quote or SOW.

In all cases

• If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we refund the undelivered portion in full.
• Billing errors and duplicate charges are always refunded promptly.
• Quality concerns are addressed through the revision and support terms in your quote or SOW — tell us within the support window and we'll make it right.

Each engagement's quote or SOW is the definitive record of scope, price, and payment terms and may set out terms specific to that engagement.
